Description
This is TESSEN, a character a friend of mine came up with that i adapted for League of Legends champion contention.
He's a melee fighter in the vein of SION in that he has wicked AOE and Stun burst damage....or something, i dunno, i painted him because hes the boss and would make a wicked character to play as in Domninion mode of LEague of Legends.
